2-3 WEEKS TIMEFRAME and...

As noted throughout my Shop & Listings, my timeframe to create & ship is 2-3 weeks. I message my customers after purchase to make sure they are aware of this just in case they missed reading that part, plus more info. Oh and no, I do not extend the time beyond that as I always ship within the timeframe listed. PLEASE READ my Shop Announcement for more details. Thank you :)

ALL of my metalwork is MADE TO ORDER and NOT "in stock/available (that is Etsy's wording and unfortunately cannot be changed). This info is also in all my listings and shop.

Size, Finish, Gauge, Metal...

All of my listings include a detailed description of the item, measurements, type of metal, wire gauge, finish, quantity, etc. All of my earrings are created with 20g (standard ear piercing) and 18g (thicker than 20g). Because Etsy relocates & renames the "Description", you may need to scroll down to read all the info I provide.

Photos of jewelry on a ruler show the measurements in inches, centimeters & millimeters.

I take all my photos up close and in natural lighting. Due to devices vary, sizes and colors may appear larger/smaller or lighter/darker than they actually are. Please know that I do my best to describe them as much as possible, but if you still have questions, please contact me and I will be happy to help.

Do you use nickel free metal?

Yes, I only use Nickel free wire. Here's a list of all the metals I use, which do NOT contain nickel:
925 Sterling Silver
14k Gold Filled Yellow and Rose
Argentium Silver (highly tarnish resistant & hypoallergenic)
Copper (will patina/darken naturally in time. I do not use sealants)

Orders of $250, Free Shipping, Signature Confirmation

Due to Etsy’s lack of Seller Protection Policy, I do not accept orders of $250 and above. Please understand that orders received in this amount will be cancelled and refunded.

When you spend $35 or more, I provide Free Shipping on the initial mailing. However, if you return and/or exchange an item, please know that buyers are responsible for those shipping costs (including re-shipping the new item).

Orders of $150 and above will be shipped with Signature Confirmation.

Customer Service & Return Details

I want you to be happy with your purchase! Please contact me and I will handle any concerns with immediate attention to resolve it. If a return is the outcome, please mail back to me in the same excellent condition as I shipped it within 14 days from date of delivery, with Delivery Confirmation. I will issue a refund once I receive the item back (less original shipping costs - unless it is my error). Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

I'm human and, while I strive for perfection, if I make an error I own up to it and fix it without hesitation.

Nose Jewelry (health/hygiene reasons) & Custom Orders are not refundable. Please see the Jewelry Care section below for more info on non-refundable items.

What if my order is lost or damaged?

Customer satisfaction is important to me. I package orders with care & attention and like you, expect it to arrive in a timely manner and in the same perfect condition as shipped. However, if your package is lost (*not marked as Delivered) or damaged (photos required), please contact me and I will be happy to work with you on a resolution. You will not be left empty handed.

*Please understand that if USPS tracking shows your package as ‘Delivered’, you will then need to contact your local post office or USPS directly to work with them on locating it.

Jewelry Care Information

Most jewelry will eventually tarnish, but with proper care you can keep it looking good for a long time:
- keep jewelry free from chemicals (hair products, chlorine, etc.)
- store in a clean dry compartment (zip bag included)
- *most tarnish can be removed with either store bought products (polishing cloth, etc.) or homemade recipes. There are many remedies, I suggest looking online for the applicable cleaner.

*for jewelry that has been oxidized/antiqued, do NOT use any cleaner as that will remove the intended oxidation.

If you're allergic or sensitive to certain metals (Copper is a common one), it will cause the earring and/or piercing to turn black/green. Please consider this before purchasing as the jewelry cannot be returned.

What size nose ring do I need?

If you’re not sure what diameter size nose hoop you need, you can measure it with a metric ruler. Place the ruler on your nose and measure the distance between the piercing hole and the edge of your nostril, then add a millimeter so that the ring isn’t resting against your nostril (unless you like a snug fit). Or you can go to any piercing shop and have them measure for you. The measurement taken will be the inner diameter needed.

I wear an 18g 8mm ID nose hoop (or a 7mm in 20g), but it depends on how far up your nose piercing is on what works for you and your preference. I have some customers that like to wear tight to loose fitting nose hoops.

Can you ship to another address?

Please know that due to Buyer/Seller Protection Policies, I cannot ship to an address other than what is listed on the transaction receipt from your Etsy account. A simple fix before purchase is to change the address listed in your Etsy Account to where you want it shipped. If it’s after purchase, then the transaction will need to be canceled & refunded so that you can make the address correction/change and then repurchase.

USPS Tracking & Estimated Arrival

As of Oct 1, 2021, the USPS implemented a permanent slowdown on some mail - depends on travel distance. You can still track your package, but please be aware of this... especially during the Holidays, weather, etc., which may affect Etsy's listed "Estimated Arrival" date. Sometimes the USPS doesn’t scan the mail until it goes to the next hub or much later in the delivery process, but please know that it is definitely within the USPS system as I hand deliver all my mail at the post office, which is scanned in, and I always ship on time. I appreciate your understanding.
